Spring weather, live music, and vibrant visuals filled Mr. George’s Green at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida, as students gathered for their annual end-of-year concert—one of the signature student life events on campus. Conveniently located between Orlando and Tampa, Lakeland serves as a hub for higher education and live event production in Central Florida.

Once again, the college partnered with MABE, a trusted live event production company in Central Florida, to design and deliver complete audio, video, lighting, staging, and LED production services for this outdoor concert experience.

The lineup featured The Brook & The Bluff, with The Band Sawyer opening the night, generating excitement across campus. At the heart of the stage was a 3.9mm LED video wall, which received consistent praise from students, faculty, and performers for its stunning clarity and immersive visuals.

The Meyer Sound line array system delivered concert-quality sound across the entire outdoor venue, ensuring every lyric, guitar solo, and acoustic moment reached the audience with clarity and depth. Paired with intelligent lighting and custom visual design, the event showcased how professional AVL solutions can transform a college concert into a full-scale live entertainment experience.
