Harvey Mabe

Harvey has over 35 years’ experience in the industry ranging from live event management, system design and integration, and engineering live sound. Team leadership development has been the key to Harvey’s success both personally and in the workplace.

Lorraine Mabe
OWNER
BA, Southeastern University and MS Education, Nova Southeastern University
With almost 20 years' experience in Educational Leadership, Lorraine has worked in the public and private sectors. Her experience as an executive enables her to manage human resources and the day to day administration of MABE.

Steve Griner
BA, Broadcast Communications, Southeastern University
Steve’s 26 years' experience encompasses live event production management, Broadcast Studio Facility Management, A/V system design and management for higher education and houses of worship. Steve has filled technical roles as FOH Audio Engineer, Lighting Designer and LD, Graphics Designer and CG Operator for live events, as well as Video Director for multi-camera events.

Richard Vaughan
Richard has 17 years’ worth of experience in the AVL industry ranging from Touring Front of House tech to system Integrator, Lead Installer and project lead. Richard is currently the Lead Engineer at MABE and holds certifications in the following areas: CTS Certified, Certified Extron Control System Programmer, as well as Certified Elec. Specialty Contractor in the State of Florida.

Drew Mabe
Drew has been working in the family business since he was old enough to help his dad load a truck. He is currently using his administrative skills in the front office of MABE. He is the first point of contact at MABE and works with all accounts ordering and assisting with shipping logistics. Drew is ready to assist you with your next project.

Austin Smith
BS, Business Admin Management, University of Central Florida
Austin has several years of experience in the AVL industry working as a project manager for a multi-site installation. He also has experience working in church production as he was an associate pastor at Faith Baptist Church in Winter Haven. He has over 10 years of experience in sales and he is now serving as our Production Account Manager. Give him a call for all of your rental and production needs.

Greg Chambless
BA, Broadcast Communications, Southeastern University
Greg began volunteering in the sound department in his church at the age of 12. He worked for the University in the Media Services Department and as a freelancer at MABE during college. Greg’s interest in lighting design brought him to MABE full time. He has been an audio, lighting, and video tech and now is the Production Logistics tech at MABE.

Jared Coats
BS, Broadcast Communications, Southeastern University
After touring the country with a Christian Rock band, Jared began his degree at SEU. Experiences include touring, recording, mixing broadcast audio, FOH engineering, monitor engineering, and video engineering. Jared has produced various recording projects with his church and local artists. Jared is an accomplished musician.

Aaron Sloan
AA Polk State College
Aaron is a native of Polk County and he assists both the production and installation departments. His duties include staging equipment, making deliveries, and keeping our warehouse organized and ready for upcoming jobs.

Greg Hannah
Greg has nearly 20 years of experience in live event production and system integration. He has been with MABE for nearly 15 years and has worked in almost every position of the company. This experience has equipped him to oversee the different departments and coordinate their efforts.

Beau Mabe
BS, Criminal Justice, Evangel University
Beau has been working in the family business on and off since high school. He has previously worked in our Production department and is now a strong team member of our installation crew. Beau has extensive experience in problem-solving and is ready to assist our customers with their AVL needs.

Scott Stubblefield
Scott has been involved with church AV for nearly 15 years, serving in audio, video, and lighting. He started with MABE on the Install team in April of 2018, where he has been able to utilize all of his skills to help clients reach their people through the power of AV.

Brandon Miller
BS, Information Technology, University of South Florida
We welcomed Brandon to the MABE Install team in October 2019. He has been an asset to the install department with his background in Information Technology. He also has volunteered in the media department at his church for 10 years.

Brian Neff
AA Miami Dade College
Brian brings over twelve years’ experience in the installation and servicing of audio visual equipment to the MABE team. He also has experience working in church production and customer service. Brian’s main focus at MABE will be working with the installation team.

Matt Hughes
Matt comes to MABE with several years of experience in system installation and troubleshooting. Aside from his technical abilities, Matt has been on the other side of technology as a worship leader for 21 years. Matt currently heads up the service department of MABE.

Sarah Mabe
BS, Studio Production, North Central University
Sarah is starting out her career in the family business. She has worked with Grammy-winning artists and engineers in the music industry and is looking forward to upcoming studio production projects. Currently, she manages the social media accounts along with the company website and coordinates our educational events.
