Event Overview

The General Council brought together leaders, pastors, and attendees from across the country for a week of meetings, worship, and fellowship. Because of this, the production required flexibility and coordination across multiple venues and room types.

MABE supported a variety of events, including general sessions, breakout rooms, worship gatherings, receptions, and kids programming. As a result, each environment operated smoothly while maintaining a consistent level of quality throughout the week.

Meyer Sound audio systems provided clear and balanced coverage across ballrooms, breakout rooms, and worship environments. For the Southeastern University Alumni Reception, our team deployed a Meyer LEOPARD system with 900-LFC subwoofers to deliver full-range, high-impact audio.

In addition, multi-projector blends using 30,000 and 40,000-lumen laser projectors ensured bright and detailed visuals for presentations and keynote sessions. Dynamic lighting designs enhanced both daytime sessions and evening events, creating an engaging atmosphere across all environments.

Because of this integrated approach, each event space maintained both technical consistency and a polished presentation.

From pre-production through execution, MABE worked closely with event organizers to coordinate scheduling, room setups, and technical requirements.
