This year, the summit was held at Nashville’s Gaylord Opryland Hotel, where MABE provided comprehensive audio, video, and lighting (AVL) production for the main ballroom and multiple breakout rooms, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all attendees.

• Main Ballroom Audio: Meyer Sound line arrays delivered pristine audio clarity and even coverage, ensuring every speaker, panel, and discussion was heard with precision throughout the ballroom.
• Visual Experience: A combination of Christie 40,000-lumen projectors for the main center screen and 30,000-lumen Christie projectors for auxiliary screens provided bright, detailed imagery, enhancing presentations and keeping all attendees engaged.
• Lighting Design: A dynamic Chauvet lighting package, programmed and controlled via a GrandMA3 Compact XT, brought warmth and energy to the space while supporting visual storytelling and presenter focus.
• Breakout Room AVL & Tech Support: Each smaller session room was equipped with point-source loudspeakers, projection  and MABE provided dedicated breakout techs in every room to support presenters and ensure a smooth experience for both speakers and conference attendees.
