MABE provided full-service support as a live event production company for the 2026 Southeastern University Conference at Victory Church in Lakeland, Florida. This multi-day event brought together students, leaders, and the surrounding community for a powerful and engaging worship experience.

Our team delivered complete audio, video, lighting, projection, and rigging support, ensuring a seamless environment for both in-room attendees and broadcast needs.

Event Overview

Large-scale conferences require more than equipment—they require coordination, communication, and reliable systems. For this event, MABE designed and deployed a scalable production environment built to support dynamic worship, keynote sessions, and multi-day programming.

As a result, the conference operated smoothly from start to finish, even as demands increased throughout the week. As a live event production company, MABE ensures each system is designed for reliability, scalability, and ease of operation.

Projection System

To ensure clear visibility across the venue, we implemented a high-performance projection system featuring:

• High-output Epson laser projectors
• Precision lensing for long-throw coverage

As a result, lyrics, speaker content, and conference visuals remained crisp and readable throughout the space.

Lighting Design

The stage environment was built using:

• Chauvet Maverick fixtures
• Chauvet COLORado fixtures

This combination created a layered lighting design that supported worship dynamics, enhanced speaker visibility, and maintained broadcast-friendly color consistency. In turn, the lighting reinforced the energy and atmosphere of the event.

Rigging & Power Infrastructure

All production elements were supported by engineered infrastructure, including:

• Professional overhead rigging systems
• Dedicated three-phase power distribution

This approach ensured safe operation, clean cable management, and uninterrupted performance across the entire event.

Front of House Audio

MABE’s Matt Glendening led Front of House mixing for the conference.

His mix delivered clarity, warmth, and consistency across both live and broadcast environments. Additionally, his leadership ensured smooth transitions between worship sets and speakers—an essential component for events of this scale.

Rapid LED Wall Deployment

As attendance grew, the conference transitioned back to the Southeastern University campus. To support overflow and maintain a unified experience, MABE deployed a mobile LED video wall system on short notice.

Within hours, our team mobilized, installed, and activated the system onsite. Because of this rapid response, additional attendees were able to fully participate without missing any part of the event.
