MABE provided full audio, video, and rigging production services for Southeastern University’s 2025 Fall Commencement at Victory Field in Lakeland, Florida. This large-scale outdoor ceremony required a coordinated approach and professional commencement production services to support both in-person attendees and remote viewers.

Event Overview

Commencement ceremonies require careful planning, coordination, and reliable systems. For this event, MABE designed a scalable production environment to support keynote presentations, musical performances, and live streaming.

As a result, the event operated smoothly while maintaining a polished and professional experience for graduates, faculty, and guests.

Audio System

To provide clear and consistent coverage across the field, MABE deployed a professional sound system featuring:

• Meyer Sound LEOPARD line array system
• System tuning for speech intelligibility and musical balance

Because of this, both spoken word and performances were delivered with clarity across the entire venue.

LED Video Wall & IMAG

To ensure all attendees could clearly view the keynote and program elements, MABE provided:

• 25’ 4mm LED video wall on a mobile trailer
• High-resolution content display for speakers and visuals

As a result, guests throughout the venue maintained clear sightlines to the stage and presentations.

Rigging & Field Protection

Outdoor production requires careful planning, especially when working on athletic fields. For this project, MABE:

• Provided a motorized rigging package for flown elements
• Coordinated with the turf manufacturer and university staff
• Implemented protective measures for safe trailer placement

This approach ensured both safe installation and preservation of the field.

System Integration & Live Streaming

Southeastern University supplied the camera package and operators, while MABE integrated the AVL system to support:

• Seamless video playback
• Live streaming for remote viewers

Because of this coordination, the production maintained consistency across both in-person and broadcast experiences.
