Harvey Mabe
Harvey has over 40 years of experience in the industry, ranging from live event management, system design and integration, and engineering live sound. Team leadership development has been the key to Harvey’s success both personally and in the workplace.

Lorraine Mabe
BA, Southeastern University and MS Education, Nova Southeastern University
With almost 20 years' experience in Educational Leadership, Lorraine has worked in the public and private sectors. Her experience as an executive enables her to manage human resources and the day to day administration of MABE.

Steve Griner
BA, Broadcast Communications, Southeastern University
Steve brings over 30 years of experience in live event production, broadcast facilities, and A/V system design. With a hands-on background across audio, lighting, video, and graphics, he understands every side of the industry. Steve now serves as Mabe’s Chief Operating Officer, where he continues to support sales while focusing on internal operations, team development, and driving the company forward.

Drew Mabe
Drew has been part of the family business since he was old enough to help load a truck, giving him a deep understanding of Mabe’s operations from the ground up. Today, he oversees the shipping warehouse, ensuring every job is properly staged, equipped, and ready for installation. His organizational skills and attention to detail help keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.


Sarah Stewart
BS, Studio Production, North Central University
Like her brothers, Sarah grew up working in the family business before officially becoming full-time in 2019. In her role, she manages social media and website operations and is currently overseeing Human Resources. Sarah consistently demonstrates her versatility by contributing wherever she is needed.

David Smokay
BS, Broadcast Communications, Southeastern University
David is a seasoned professional in the audio and visual industry, with 15 years of experience under his belt. He started out at Southeastern University and has since played a variety of technical roles, specializing in broadcast and film. In late 2022, David became an Account Manager at MABE and is ready to assist you with your next AVL integration project.
Sam Ofori
BS, Broadcast Communications, Southeastern University
Samuel brings over 19 years of professional AVL experience, with a strong background in both production and installation. He has served in roles ranging from Audio Tech Engineer to Production Tech Director and enjoys mixing on a wide variety of consoles. With a client-focused mindset, Samuel is passionate about helping customers find the best solutions that fit their needs and budget while delivering high-quality results.
Austin Giddens
BS, Organizational Leadership, Southeastern University
Austin grew up serving on the tech team at his church and later joined the creative team at SEU, where his passion for AVL really took shape. With experience in logistics sales and a background in production, he brings both creativity and practical know-how to the table. As a Junior Account Manager, Austin is dedicated to helping clients find the perfect solutions for their audio, video, and lighting needs.

Anna Martinez
BS, Broadcast Communications and Mass Media, Southeastern University
Anna is an integral part of our Install Sales team, supporting the sales process through coordinating site visits, managing client communication, and keeping projects moving efficiently. She works closely with our sales and installation teams to streamline workflows and improve response times. When working with Mabe on your next AVL integration, Anna will be one of the key people helping guide the process forward.

Richard Vaughan
Richard has over 25 years' worth of experience in the AVL industry ranging from Touring Front of House tech to system Integrator, Lead Installer and project lead. Richard is currently the Director of Engineering at MABE and holds certifications in the following areas: CTS Certified, Certified Extron Control System Programmer, as well as Certified Elec. Specialty Contractor in the State of Florida.

Brandon Miller
BS, Information Technology, University of South Florida
Brandon joined the Mabe team in October 2019, bringing a strong background in Information Technology that quickly made him a valuable part of our Installation Department. His hands-on experience in the field laid a solid foundation for his transition into our Engineering team. Now, Brandon applies his technical expertise to designing and building AVL systems that meet the unique needs of each project.

Jon Weimer
BS, Mechanical Engineering,

Jon's experience in AVL started back in 2018 with his former company. We welcomed him to the MABE team in 2020 as our Engineering Draftsman. He works closely with Richard and Brandon to ensure our integration team has the proper drawings to complete each job.

Jared Coats
BA, Broadcast Communications, Southeastern University
Jared joined Mabe in 2012 as a Production AVL Technician and has since grown into our Integration Commissioning Technician. With unmatched AVL knowledge and exceptional problem-solving skills, he ensures every system is fully optimized, communicates properly, and is ready for a seamless handoff to the client. Jared’s expertise plays a critical role in delivering reliable, high-performing AVL integrations.

Kurt Fullgraf
Kurt joined the Mabe team in early 2021 and has been a consistent example of hard work and dedication ever since. His commitment to excellence on every job site, along with his growing expertise in AVL, earned him a well-deserved promotion to Lead Installer. Kurt continues to play a key role in delivering high-quality installations for our clients.

Jake Forrest
Since joining the Mabe team in September 2023, Jake has quickly grown into a reliable and valued member of our Installation Department. Though new to the AVL industry when he started, his eagerness to learn and strong work ethic have helped him gain hands-on experience and make a real impact. Jake continues to build his skills and is an important part of bringing our projects to life.
Matt Jurgaitis
Matt began his AV career in college, gaining hands-on experience in home theater installation before expanding into telecommunications and commercial AV environments. We welcomed Matt to the Mabe team in late 2025. With his diverse background in AVL, he continues to prove himself as a valuable asset to the Install team.

Darren Bannan
Darren is beginning his career in the AVL industry here at Mabe, bringing a great attitude and a strong willingness to learn. He’s quickly becoming a dependable part of our installation team, taking on each new challenge with dedication. We’re excited to see his continued growth as he builds his skills and experience in the field.

Andre Douglin
BA, Classical Piano Performance, Southeastern University
We welcomed Andre to the MABE team in 2023. Since then, he has become an asset within our newest branch - Camera Surveillance Department. Andre brings 10+ years of experience in this field and will oversee the management of camera packages and services for our respected clients. Matt Hughes
Matt comes to MABE with several years of experience in system installation and troubleshooting. Aside from his technical abilities, Matt has been on the other side of technology as a worship leader for 20+ years. Matt currently heads up the service department of MABE.

Brian Neff
AA Miami Dade College
Brian brings over 15 years’ experience in the installation and servicing of audio visual equipment to the MABE team. He also has experience working in church production and customer service. Brian’s main focus at MABE will be working with the service team.
Justin Kline
With a strong background supporting church tech teams and hands-on warehouse experience, Justin plays a key role in keeping Mabe projects running smoothly. He ensures equipment is organized, labeled, inventoried, and prepared so the crew arrives on site with exactly what they need. His attention to detail and systems-focused mindset help prevent delays, reduce errors, and deliver a smoother experience for our clients.
Jon Bannan
AA, Information Technology, Lincoln Technical Institute
Jon brings over 30 years of experience in audio, video, and lighting, with a passion that started in his local church at age 12. He spent 27 years in higher education managing IT, AV design, and live events, while also freelancing with Mabe for 17+ years. Now on staff, Jon not only brings technical expertise and leadership to every project but also plays a key role in building and mentoring our growing Production team.

Matt Glendening
Matt brings years of experience as a full-time AVL tech from his time serving at his church. Since joining our team in 2024, he helps run live events and heads up the sales department for production. Matt’s passion and skill are key to delivering seamless event experiences that fit every budget!

Greg Chambless
BA, Broadcast Communications, Southeastern University
Greg began volunteering in the sound department in his church at the age of 12. He worked for the University in the Media Services Department and as a freelancer at MABE during college. Greg’s interest in lighting design brought him to MABE full-time. He has been an audio, lighting, and video tech and now is the Production Sr. Sales Engineer at MABE.

Beckah Godown
BA, Communications and Mass Media, Southeastern University
Since joining the Mabe team in early 2024, Beckah has played a key role in keeping our live events running smoothly. With four years of AVL management experience from her church, she brings strong organizational skills to every project, coordinating freelancers, managing logistics, and providing AVL support. Her attention to detail and calm under pressure make her an invaluable part of our production team.

Brandon Davis
Brandon brings 5+ years of AVL experience, with a strong focus on audio, and holds a live sound certification from Berklee Online. His passion for the craft, eagerness to learn, and steady presence make him a perfect fit for the Mabe team. We’re proud to have him on board and excited to see his continued growth in live event production.

Tyler Nehring
Tyler joined the Mabe team in 2024, bringing years of experience as an AVL tech from his time serving at his church. His passion for AVL and keen attention to detail make him a perfect fit for the team. At Mabe, Tyler ensures every job is prepared with the right equipment and keeps the shop running smoothly.
