Scalable Conference AV Production

For this event, MABE delivered a solution that included high-output laser projection, dynamic stage lighting, professional rigging, and structured power distribution engineered for safe and seamless execution.

High-Brightness Projection

High-output Epson laser projectors with precision lensing delivered crisp, high-resolution imagery throughout the venue. The projection system ensured clear visibility for worship lyrics, keynote content, and conference visuals — critical for large worship environments and higher education events.

Professional Stage Lighting Design

The stage environment used Chauvet Maverick and COLORado fixtures to create a layered lighting design that supported worship dynamics, speaker visibility, and broadcast-friendly color rendering. The result was a visually immersive atmosphere matching the scale and energy of this incredible conference.

Engineered Rigging & Power Infrastructure

All lighting and projection elements were supported by professional overhead rigging and dedicated three-phase power distribution. Front of House Audio Leadership

In addition to production infrastructure, MABE’s own Matt Glendening was contracted to provide Front of House mixing for the entire conference. Professional FOH leadership is critical for worship conferences, and Matt’s mix delivered clarity, warmth, and musical impact for both live attendees and broadcast or recording feeds. His oversight ensured seamless transitions between worship sets and speakers, reinforcing MABE’s reputation as a trusted conference production partner for churches and universities nationwide.

Rapid-Response Mobile LED Video Wall Deployment

As attendance and momentum grew, the conference transitioned back to the Southeastern University campus. To support overflow attendance and maintain a unified worship environment, MABE was called to deploy its Lakeland-based mobile LED video wall. Within just a few hours of receiving the call, our team mobilized, delivered, and fully activated the outdoor LED display system onsite. The rapid deployment created an expanded worship space where students and members of the community could gather together without missing a moment. This type of responsive execution reflects MABE’s operational readiness and ability to scale production environments quickly — whether for university conferences, corporate events, festivals, campus activations, or large public gatherings across the Southeast and nationwide.
