Accutrain Innovative Schools Summit event is one of the most anticipated events of the year in the field of education. This event brings together educators, school leaders, and administrators from across the country to share innovative teaching practices, cutting-edge technology, and strategies to help students succeed.

Accutrain requested AVL support from MABE for their event in Orlando this year. Comprised of one main room and several smaller breakout rooms, MABE provided the highest-caliber audio, visual, and lighting services to ensure a successful event. Breakout rooms were equipped with point source loudspeakers, screens, and projectors for displaying slides; lighting was also installed to ensure the presentations could be seen clearly.

Meyer Melody line arrays were used in the main ballroom to ensure optimal audio performance. This technology was specifically chosen to provide clarity for the 800+ attendees. To increase visibility, four screens and projectors were placed around the stage. An atmospheric lighting setup was selected to create an engaging visual experience. All of these elements were put in place to make sure presenters had what they needed for successful presentations.
